The award highlights the remarkable talents of the next generation of Facilities Management Leaders. We believe it’s important to show the significant impact those have made early on in their careers (generally under the age of 35). It recognises and identifies future leaders within the FM industry. Providing young leaders with a platform and voice to share their journey. The award showcases their innovative and fresh thinking, driving progress and fostering sustainable growth within the industry.
The process for the prestigious PFM Award is managed in partnership with the Emerging Workplace Leaders and is Sponsored by Boden Group.

How do I enter?

Download and complete the entry form PFM Awards website – and send this, along with a copy of your submission to emergingworkplaceleaders@outlook.com

Prepare your entry (500-1500 words max)
Include in your entry a brief explanation of your facilities management career journey so far/Key achievements you are most proud of/Your future career goals in FM.
Supplementary information may also be submitted in the form of graphs or tables etc, but this should be strictly limited. There are no extra points for volume.
Include 3 good quality photographs with your entry (digital high-resolution JPEG files).
Submit by 12noon, 7th August 2023
